Their rooms are always pleasantly furnished and air-conditioned with an electronic safe, the bathroom, for instance. The hotel provides tea and bacon for breakfast, the food is excellent!

Didn't expect to see a four-star hotel bathroom so shabby...

The service was excellent and the support provided by the staff is very good. It was a comfortable stay and the breakfast spread was pretty good.

While the hotel is clean, it had not been updated in many years. There are better options on Lido for the money.

Request a water bus pass at reception for easy access to the main attractions and nearby neighborhoods during your stay.

Location is just perfect - 3 mins to vaporetto station and 10-15mins to San Marco. Vaporetto arrives each 10 mins during the day and each 1 hour at night. Rooms are ok.

Breakfast is large but absolutely not tasty - cooking is just awful. After 2 days we could eat only prepackaged products available on breakfast. Service was really not pleasant: we were charged at moment of making the order on booking, but conditions told that we need to pay only several days before arrival. On arriving the hotel we were asked to make a scan of our credit card to be billed if we will do any damages.

The Location was great , very close to the boat shuttle and also close to the beach

The room was very small, totally inadequate for 3 people. We had to stack furniture on top of each other just so we could move around the room. The breakfast room was too small for the amount of people staying at the hotel. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Not worth the money we paid.

Newly renovated, very clean, friendly staff, absolutey excellent location to spend days or evenings in Venice yet having the chance to escape the buzz to a quiet location and walk the beach or the old-style-spa streets of Lido. Main vaporetto station is 50m away, to get to St. Marco takes a 10minute ride.

close to water taxis and great local restaurants

We spent four nights here and found the convenience unbeatable, just 200 meters from the water taxis that take you directly to the heart of Venice, and there were so many lovely bars and restaurants just steps away, made evening strolls good.

The reception area was nice, very nicely connected to the water bus transport, is located in a lovely lido area

Every hotel gives free wifi service nowadays . But this hotel was charging 5 euros per hour for this service...

The hotel is well located in the Lido, close to stores, restaurants and the ferry. The hotel itself is nice and the staff helpful.

Comfortable and cozy rooms make your stay pleasant.

I was annoyed by the lack of vegetables at breakfast, forcing me to buy my own from the supermarket. The noise isolation in the room was terrible. I could hear everything from the corridor and the neighbors' showers. It really disrupted my relaxation, and I expected better for the price I paid.
